Currently Appraising

  1. Our Appraisal Unit's Field Deputies will soon begin conducting parcel reviews for TY 2021.  Residential Deputies are scheduled to start Wednesday, May 20, and Commercial Deputies on Monday, May 18.  Commercial staff will assess ongoing new construction across all county districts.  All staff will have proper clothing identifying the office, staff ID tags, and marked vehicles.  Please call 304-291-7107 with any questions.  Districts currently being assessed are in bold:
