"Paint Shop Pro" was used to finalize the
Monongalia County Tax Maps for CD and Internet Access.
A "Trial Version" and Website link is available to those that
may not have software that can read LZW Compressed Files.

 File is now "Self Extracting" no longer need WinZip to unzip.
