2010 "Straight Transfers" - Have been completed and Updated to Database. 2011 Deeds are being sorted.
2010 "Split Transfers" - Parcel Numbers have been assigned and are being Updated to Database ASAP.

As a Result of the "Continued Growth and Development" in Monongalia County.
"Deeds" for Parcels Split or Affected by Splits for the "2011 Tax Year" will be Assigned Parcel Numbers First.
"2010 Tax Year" New Tax Maps / Subdivisions / Phases etc. will be Mapped and Posted as time permits.
2008 - 2010 "Splits" are Currently being Mapped by Tax Year on Paper Tax Maps and Posted ASAP.

Parcels Tax Records without having to manually go to Sheriff 's Page and enter Parcels information to perform search.
