2011 "Straight Transfers" - Are being processed in Various Districts. 2011 Splits are being sorted.
"Split Transfers" - "2010" have been completed and "2011" are being Assigned Parcel Numbers.

As a Result of the "Continued Growth and Development" in Monongalia County.
"Deeds" for Parcels Split or Affected by Splits for the "2011 Tax Year" will be Assigned Parcel Numbers First.
"2010 Tax Year" New Tax Maps / Subdivisions / Phases etc. will be Mapped and Posted as time permits.
2008 - 2010 "Splits" are Currently being Mapped by Tax Year on Paper Tax Maps and Posted ASAP.
