2009 "Straight Transfers" - are being Processed thru Database in various Districts, as soon as possible.
2009 "Split Transfers" - are being Sorted and will be Assigned Parcel Numbers as soon as possible.

As a Result of the "Continued Growth and Development" in Monongalia County.
" Deeds" for Parcels Split or Affected by Splits for the " 2009 Tax Year" will be Assigned Parcel Numbers First.
"2008 Tax Year" New Tax Maps / Subdivisions / Phases etc. will be Mapped and Posted as time permits.
2005 - 2008 "Parcel Splits" are Currently being Mapped by Tax Year on Paper Tax Maps and Posted ASAP.
